According to the Search Institute, healthy, strong family relationships are foundational to young people’s growth, learning, and well being. Yet organizations across multiple sectors struggle to engage and partner with families.
Since our last conversation with Big Brothers Big Sisters, they have made efforts to connect with their Littles’ families through their first Keep Connected pilot program. Christa sits down with two program graduates along with their group facilitator to explore family relationship insights and the benefits to be gained when families come alongside each other to learn and grow.
